I'm a global meetings and events strategist with 15+ years of experience leading transformational programs across North America, LATAM, Europe, and APAC. Having lived and worked extensively outside the U.S., I bring a cross-cultural, technology-driven approach to modernizing Strategic Meetings Management Programs (SMMPs); helping organizations drive adoption, scale operations, and deliver measurable results across diverse markets.

Some of my major accomplishments include:

• Spearheading $3M+ in annual savings at Amgen by creating a global meetings policy, implementing Cvent across 65 countries, and achieving full program adoption within two years.
• Transforming supplier visibility and performance by launching Tableau dashboards that tracked 100+ global vendors, improving compliance, cost savings, and strategic decision-making.
• Leading and developing high-performing, cross-regional teams that drive collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence in complex environments.
• Accelerating operational efficiency by integrating platforms like Cvent, Tableau, and Power BI to reduce cycle times, increase transparency, and elevate program performance.
• Advocating for innovation, DEIB, and the future of meetings & events, sharing insights as a guest lecturer at Penn State and as a speaker at BTN SMM Summits, staffing models, technology, and strategic event management.
