Ready for the Italian adventure of your dreams? Spend seven amazing days exploring the vibrant streets of Naples and the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, where every moment feels like a scene from a movie. The scenery is so beautiful and the energy of Naples is so unique and a world of its own. Start your journey in Naples, the birthplace of pizza, where you'll roll up your sleeves for an authentic pizza-making class with a local pizzaiolo. I LOVE pizza and you can't come to Naples without mastering the art of the perfect Margherita! Wander through colorful markets and charming boutiques, hunting for handcrafted ceramics, limoncello, food & wine unique to the Naples area as well as a walking food tour that will leave you stuffed and wanting to buy all things Napolitano!

But wait, there's more! You can’t go to Naples without a visit to Capri where you'll sip Aperol spritzes with views that'll make you wish you lived there. Returning back to the mainland, we’ll head to the Amalfi Coast and indulge in fresh seafood pasta overlooking dramatic cliffs, sample creamy buffalo mozzarella at its source, and toast to la dolce vita with wines from the sun-drenched hillsides of Campania. From the hidden coves of Positano to the romantic terraces of Ravello, this is Italy at its most intoxicating. Seven days of pure magic, unforgettable flavors, and memories that'll have you planning your return before you even leave. Andiamo!

    Day 1

    Arrival. Be picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel. Get settled. Take a nap, have a spa treatment, go for a walk. Meet together for a group dinner.

    Day 2

    Wake up and have a lite breakfast in the hotel. Walking food tour of Naples! Taste the traditional food & drink of Naples! Be sure to have an empty stomach as you will eat enough to last the entire day!

    Day 3

    Pizza making class!!! A relaxing day of pizza making. We will eat, drink and be merry! A very convivial day.

    Day 4

    Capri! We will have breakfast at the hotel and leave for Capri. Spend the day on the island as you wish. There is incredible shopping and site seeing to be had!

  • Day 5

    We will depart the hotel and head to the Amalfi Coast. Check into the hotel and unwind with a walk, affogado or glass of wine.

  • Day 6

    Explore Positano and surrounding area as you wish. I encourage you to meander at your own pace and discover on your own.

Portugal Perfected: Lisbon, Porto & the Algarve

Get ready to fall head over heels for Portugal as I have! This incredible adventure whisks you from the sun-drenched hills of Lisbon to the charming wine cellars of Porto, finishing with the golden beaches of the Algarve. We’ll start in Lisbon, where you'll wander through winding cobblestone streets lined with those iconic azulejos tiles and yes, you'll dive deep into their mesmerizing history at the stunning National Tile Museum. Ride the vintage tram up to Sintra, where fairytale castles perch on misty mountaintops. Pena Palace will blow your mind. Between exploring, you'll shop for hand-painted ceramics in local ateliers, discovering treasures you'll cherish forever, and savor long, laughter-filled dinners with my Portuguese friends who'll welcome you like family and introduce you to the true soul of Portuguese hospitality.

We’ll head north to Porto, where terracotta rooftops cascade down to the Douro River and port wine flows as freely as conversation. You'll tour historic wine cellars, tasting your way through ruby, tawny, and vintage ports while learning secrets passed down through generations. Then it's south to the Algarve, where dramatic cliffs meet impossibly blue water and golden sand beaches stretch as far as the eye can see. Feast on the freshest grilled sardines, sip vinho verde with your toes in the sand, and let the laid-back coastal vibes wash over you.

From fado music echoing through Lisbon's Alfama district to sunset swims in hidden coves, this is Portugal at its most authentic and utterly irresistible. So excited to share one of my most favorite countries with you!! Ready to say sim to adventure?
